Hi guys. Miss me? Work continues to run me around like crazy, but I did get in 8 with running club last night, and will probably run something tonight.
Ginny, I think taking a RD so that you don't go into the two hard workouts on tired legs also makes sense.

Oh no, we were only passed by the younger runners, not the people with disabilities, LOL. It keeps us on our toes, since they walk all over the track. We don't mind since we are going slow and run around them. DW tried to get one to run with us, but he didn't want to leave his caregiver.

Hi Pens,
Late comer here, again. Tried my first yoga workout this morning. I think I will like it but probably should start with a class so I can figure out what the hell I'm doing. Although my cable has an extensive menu of yoga classes, it was on the fritz so had to resort to jumping in with P90X's version...probably not the place to start. It was 90 minutes long and I made it through 30 minutes.
