After some thinking, and thinking.... and my crappy run last night I decided that it is time I try some different shoes. The shoes that no longer work for me are apparently support shoes, and I am doing better in neutral shoes, these said shoes also have a heel to toe drop of around 13mm. My calves always seem to ache in them so I am moving down to 10mm, hoping maybe that will be my sweet spot.

I am hoping that these will work for me, as my Brooks GTS 13's and possibly the GTS 12's just don't seem to be cutting it. There is also a good chance that my Ghost 5's aren't working out, though they seem to be fine during long runs. I also bought a pair of Brooks PureConnect 2's, they look pretty snazzy though their heel to toe drop is 3-4mm which could be a bit extreme and drastic change so I might save them for this summer.

I hope they work for you! I am also waiting for some shoes to arrive in the mail. They are my usual make and model, but I always love to get new shoes.
