3 miles on the TM at 6% grade...with 30lbs packed in my weight vest. I felt this one...heh.

10 miles with 2 sets of 5x(2min at 5K pace, 1 min easy). Probably my favorite speed workout. Race season begins in 9 days .

Had a great 7.5 miler earlier today, beautiful weather, I was in a singlet and shorts!! I'm ready for spring.

I switch to the flexible band in the winter time when I wear it on my outer jacket sleeve, and wear the hard plastic band in the spring/summer/fall.
