It's Dr. Jack Daniels.  From facebook:

"Excited to be working with Ryan Hall. I first met Ryan at one of Jim Ryun's camps, and our paths have crossed a few times since. Ryan and Sara are wonderful people who are just a delight to be around. I can't wait to see what Ryan can accomplish over the next months and years."

I saw that as well. I guess God wasn't good enough. We were talking about that during our last consultation.

Does that mean his old coach is taking new clients?

God might be many things, except a coach.

Glad to hear he is turning to Daniels.  I am no elite but I find a coach keeps me on my toes and makes me work harder than I would do on my own.  Wishing him luck.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

I wonder how God feels about being fired. . . .

Probably relieved. I don't think he asked for it in the first place.
