Hi folks! Power was out this morning, so I didn't get to check in.
Did my first LT workout in a few weeks, and it went great. Did 2x2 @8:49 with a 0.4 recovery @10:20. Total of 7.5 with warm up and cool down. Everything felt really good, in fact I pushed the pace up to 8:34 for the last half mile. I was worried because the last time I tried a similar workout it was pretty much misery and woe, but that was before I got my new kicks. And I only once had to remind my brain that I could do this and it needed to quit whining.
Sparker1606 - Good job on the weights & stationary bike today. Where abouts are you in central Illinois? I grew up near Peoria.
@Bruce-I'm in Springfield. It's looking like 58 degrees at 5am tomorrow, I'm thinking a early morning run in in store!
