Lol thank you Julie. I looked at last year's 15k and I ran that 1:36:30 and I was 24 out of 30 in my division, I did 12 minutes faster this time, pretty awesome
You did great, FS and you look like a rockstar in all three pics. Congratulations!

PRs
5k - 24:15 (7:49 min/mile pace)
10k - 51:47 (8:16 min/mile pace)
15k -1:18:09 (8:24 min/mile pace)
13.1 - 1:53:12 (8:39 min/mile pace)
26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)
Great job on the race! You ran pretty solid negative splits for the most part and got a huge PR! As far as the AG award, you can't control who shows up, sometimes you just need to do your best and hope it's good enough for the competition that day. You're looking at sub-2:00 if you can hold that same pace for 4 more miles during your HM!
Thanks, yeah you never know who is going to show up at what race. I really hope I can hold that pace or faster in about 3 weeks (25 days, 15 hours and 34 minutes to be exact). I don't care about AG award if I can get a sub 2:00 for this HM, it will be a huge accomplishment for me

Wow, you're speedy! So much for me ever being able to chase your Great Legs an any event we may FE at in the future!
I guess I'll just have to settle for taking photos of your hot self in that running outfit, pre-race and post-race.
Congrats on your 15K, you did great! And looked great too!

Lol Scotty thanks on both compliments I am slower during hot weather races, but I will probably never race a HM in the heat of summer.
Mile 1 - 9:47 Mile 2 - 9:30 Mile 3 - 9:25 Mile 4 - 9:09 Mile 5 - 8:52 Mile 6 - 8:42 Mile 7 - 8:42 Mile 8 - 9:02 Mile 9 - 9:07
Mile 1 - 9:47
Mile 2 - 9:30
Mile 3 - 9:25
Mile 4 - 9:09
Mile 5 - 8:52
Mile 6 - 8:42
Mile 7 - 8:42
Mile 8 - 9:02
Mile 9 - 9:07
Miles 5 through 7 were better than your 10k PR pace, that is pretty impressive. Your mileage is consistent as well, you are doing a good job with that.

Nice!!
Thanks LRB and Oski
I used to love negative splits but I am getting more and more comfortable with consistent splits.
