Running for TJ

    Good morning, everyone!

I'm about to drop and do thirty-five push-ups, after which  I'll head out for a run.

    See y'all laterSmile

You sure you're not from Georgia?

I've found that the harder I work, the more luck I have.

I thought y'all folks said that, eh?

5 miles @ 8:30 w/ 2 strides. With that run, my oldest pair of Precision 10s made it over 500 miles. This is the first time I've gone over 500, or anywhere near 500 for that matter.

Got my 45 minutes of elliptical done followed by PT strength training.  I will say this about myself:  I tend to kick my own butt with the PT.  My legs are tired!

          Hello All,

Beautiful day for a run, 51 degrees no wind, the sun was bright, had a very enjoyable 6.07 mile run (modified the course a little as I didn’t want to stress Aprilrunner’s OCD anymore than I did on Wednesday with a 5.96 mile run).

Good luck April with the 10K

Kristin good luck with your 2 races this weekend

              Bad Ass

Haha.  I lived there all my life and that was a way of life.  But nothing ever happened to me there.  Which is why to me Miami is a low crime city (and it isn't), haha!

                Hi dailies:

SIAR - welcome back, hope you feel better

D - be careful and don't get shot at when you go to P.R.

Cupcake contest - If I had known, I would have had 2 for lunch.

Out for an easy 10 in a few.

5 miles done.  It was raining...until I started running.  Then I baked alive.

I'm wondering if I will be able to run in shorts tomorrow.  Hmm, that would be coolness.
