    I have to say that when I watched the movie Austin Powers, Gold Member and at the end they showed Fat Bastard having lost weight and all that loose skin, I thought it was a joke.... I didn't think that was actually something possible, but it is unfortunately.

    It's freaking awesome that he lost the weight, but what exactly can he do about the loose skin? I mean his nipples or hanging down quite a few inches from his pectoral muscles, how the heck is that taken care of other than by surgery?

      Surgery is, as far as I know, the only solution.

      Mid term goal:  2:54:59 marathon

      Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life.  (I started running at age 45).
