Run to live; live to run

10.3 for me with 6 at gmp.

Basya our rain held off. We had a thunderstorm at 1 am but then it has just been cloudy so I didn't have to run in the rain.

Phil that is great but hose last degrees can be hard to get.

I have to admit...I've run it before and there have been times in the race when the thought of people tracking me has added a little motivation. Especially when my mom wants my bib number. Can't let her down. Smile

                  Morning all.  Rest day today.

I wanted to stay in bed, but the dogs had other plans.  Who needs an alarm when you have a wet nose in your face?

HR just gave me the OK to take three weeks off for my knee surgery in February.  Sweet.

Mornin' folks. Good luck to all those racing this weekend ... especially to all those heading to Boston.

More sour weather on tap for today, snow/rain mix changing over to all rain this afternoon. I may run 5 or 6 miles somewhere today but I'm in no real hurry to do much of anything with the grayness we've seen this week. Bleh... must find more coffee.

                      Train smart ... race smarter.

I guess next time you'll have to remember to get your request in 3 months prior to your injury, huh?

Dave are you going to the expo tonight, or picking up your packet tomorrow before the event?  I still need to register which I could do tomorrow, but will be taking that dreadful drive from Sterling Heights to Dearborn after work.

I plan to go down after work today as well. Novi to Dearborn is no picnic either, especially during evening rush hour, but would like to get it done.

I thought for sure you would be blowing it off, since you were talking about the 5k; there are probably a bunch of other 5k's you can do when the weather gets better.

                            FE potential?

LRB - You're going to sign up for that?! You'll need a bit stronger coffee for that one.

                              Fuzzy - Good luck!!

I'm going for a run soon. I don't know how far or how long.
