Got my 10 mile LR done in the rain. I have been struggling with my LRs, but this time tried to keep my pace a tad faster, and it helped a lot. When I worry about making the distance, I think I slow down too much and my form goes all to hell, so my run starts to suck, so I slow down more. This time I just ran at around my normal easy pace, and it went well.
You know you have lost weight when you put on a running skirt that three months ago was a bit tight and now it almost fell down while you ran. Oops.
