Hip Redux
I walked 32 miles!
That's a lot!
Especially since I didn't start walking until the 7th!
245 which is my high mileage month for the year surprisingly enough.
Short term goal: 17:59 5K
Mid term goal: 2:54:59 marathon
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).
Coming from someone who did several walks while injured, that's a lot of damn walking.

I'm shooting for ~20 miles/week for July. So I'll be short of 100 but who knows! Crazier things have happened lol
