      4 x 800 @ 10k pace w/ 2 min recoveries (3:02, 2:59, 2:57, 2:57)

      .5 mile recovery

      2 miles @ HMP (6:19, 6:17)

      2 mile cool down

        Nice. I need to incorporate more challenging workouts too. I think I lack endurance.
