Hey all... 6.5 yesterday and 4.5 today. I actually ran on the treadmill today. Heat index made it up to 99 two days ago, yesterday was pretty close. Forget it. LOL

I did 10 in tropical storm conditions (it was not a tropical storm so you would think the gusts wouldn't almost throw me to the street, right?) but the lack of sun and the rain helped the run feel great.

Scotty, we do have lots of fast food and small eatery at my area. That's why lot if us can't bother to learn cos it's convenient and affordable. Haa. Just wanna have something healthier that also easy to come up with.
