    Congrats on the PR

I considered that race, but had a full day of little kiddie birthday parties to deal with and wound up running the Rutgers Unite half today instead. Maybe next year ... would you recommend?

Way to go Larry! Congrats on the PR..hope the shoulder feels better

Because of danage due to Sandy, it was a new course. I nevervran the old one, but word is it is better. Pretty much an out and back except for two miles. I woulVDOT it again. Pretty houses to kooky at and some ocean views.

For having taken a nasty spill, you didn't slow down much at all!  Great job.  I think you're going to kill that 4 miles race.  Keep training smart, and enjoy the process.
