I didn't read all of the context, there is a lot but I read the first 5 paragraphs and the conversation.

I think it's crazy, what are your thoughts?

If it is, I definitely agree. Though I am smelling a hint jealousy from him, if I was him I would be beyond proud that the coach of the track team is a Boston Qualifier. This Potter guy is just crazy.

So if I read it right, he attended a meet on Saturday, flew to Boston on Sunday, ran on Monday and was back at work on Tuesday.  All over Easter weekend.  And this was wrong?  Wow.

I think having a coach that runs Boston could be quite inspiring to his team.

That is why I say the Potter jerk is jealous.

Ya, that Potter is an idiot!

Aguero will probably get quite the nice job now because of this.  But the real problem is the damage that Potter has done to the school.  That was a great coach who did great things for the school that he just fired.  Total tool!

Definitely read the comments below.  Potter has a defender or two in there (absolutely letter-of-the-law legal pricks, of course) but there's no denying.  If I were a judge in the matter, not only would I rule in favor of Aguero, I'd probably have a "Time Out" chair brought into the court room and have POtter sit in it just for humiliation's sake.

That's one bad thing about a right to work state.  Team members even said that the coach running Boston was motivational for them.  Hopefully the exposure will lead to the coach getting a job offer from another school.

Love it!!! Yes, I'd certainly be motivated as well if he were my coach and I hope he gets a much better job.

Totally. I think Potter doesn't like playing second fiddle to a real athlete. And, I have a sneaking suspicion that we'll be hearing "Potter" and "fired" again in the same sentence, very soon.

Now now, thats one side of the story.

Mr Potter could be a proper upstanding gentleman looking out for the health, safety and welfare of his athletes.

(imo not likely... but ya know.

Do you think it's a coincidence that the banker in It's a Wonderful Life was named Potter?

I'll have to watch "It's a Wonderful Life".

Sly, if he cared at all about the athletes, he would hold on to Aguero rather than be so hell bent on getting rid of him
