                  i thought that in order to do any sort of updates that the site had to be shut down for a while and then get worse after the update???

                    Yep, there's a thread in "News & Announcements" about it that I saw last night that made me want to check it out on my phone again. Great improvement.

                    2013 Goals: Train smart ... race smarter. FM 3:30 then knock off 5 more minutes 90 seconds for the BQ.
