82 miles for me. Not where I wanted to be but I was sick last week. But still better than most of this year!

I am coming up on 1,000 miles for this year and will probably pass it up by the end of December. Even more awesome, I've got about 200 miles to go before I reach my 2,000 milestone! I should hopefully hit that by the end of this year!

Providing I don't blow off tomorrow's run, I'll finish with 235.  Very happy with that.

          Last four months:  239, 233, 232, 235.

If I run my 10 miler tomorrow, I'll finish with 245.54 miles for October. That's with a 2 week taper for a marathon on October 13th and 2 weeks of recovery of 50 and 65 miles respectively. And no PF! Yeah my heel! Big grin

166.9 for me, my second-highest so far.  I also reached my goal of 1,200 miles for the year.  I had thought about bumping it up, but wasn't completely recovered by the June deadline, so I left it.
