I can't tell you which one will live longer, but I can tell which on will get laid more.

Old , Ugly and slow
I need to lose about 25-30 pounds. Then I will be about 185-190. I do have more
muscle than a long distance runner. I think thier is some middle ground. I don't
think have a liitle muscle is bad. Gaining muscle is very hard my goal is over
all health. My grandfather went in a nursing home because he was weak his
heart was fine. My dad is 82 his new heart is great but he has no strength and
can't do much anymore.
pr's 5k 20.08, 5 mile 31:20, 10k 41.19 all done in the 80's
2013 goals 1500 miles, 190 pounds
