 Having mods who are also posters and who are biased and like some people and dislike others and have history with people and friends they defend and other people they don't defend (because they don't like them or whatever) is a bad thing though.

 This may be very true.  And the owner of a forum here is the one who first sets it up.  Said owner can then hand out (and take away) admin powers to others.   So while the night is still young....someone may consider starting a NEW Beginners and Beyond forum ...and everyone migrate there.
