Mmmmm...beer

    Should be cooling off now, great for training and racing, whatcha got?

     

    Mine:

     

    - Drop more weight (not going to put a number on it, have to see where I am when I get home mid month)

    - 400+ miles

    - Sub-40 10k on the 25th

                      I feel great, figure I might as well keep going and finish strong for my last month of training for this cycle.

                        Sheeit, just wait until you are 10 days out.  You will be checking weather.com 100 times an hour, a number that will increase exponentially the closer you get to race day morning!

                          5K and 10K PR (the 5K should be in the bag after training all summer, the 10K is automatic since it's my first race at that distance!)

                          Have surgery; recovery from surgery.

                           

                          Easy enough!
