I am/was a member of Sole Train and I put myself on reserves about 5 or 6 months ago because of an injury and also had a baby. Anyway, a lot has changed with RWOL since I have been gone. I sent a message to Bob in Pittsburgh requesting to be added back to the team but haven't heard anything back yet. I couldn't find the Sole Train Team thread on RWOL and then aplodder sent me a message and gave me this link.

hi runninggirl30! Congrats on the little one. Glad you're back running again. I've been on the team for over a year...long enough to see us go from last to first, to back to last and everywhere in between. We seem to be on the upswing again just in time for spring.
