Are we there, yet?
According to my Garmin, I ran a small hill on this lap:
No wonder the lap time was so slow.

That looks like something a dude named Kong might be interested in.
Garmin is frequently good for some entertainment. I was running next to a hill and Jeepus put me instantly jumping about a hundred feet up the hill followed soon thereafter by jumping off a bridge to the mean water level of the river I was crossing.
Short term goal: 17:59 5K
Mid term goal: 2:54:59 marathon
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

If you want to talk about some speedy running:
Just look at that little surge at 194.6 mph or 0:18.5 pace. And that was during my recent marathon. No wonder I burned out early.
If I'm expending the effort to run 200mph, I want to burn more than 99 measly calories.
Think efficiency.
The Garmin thinks I scale a wall on my regular route:

You know, you should really try to stay on asphalt whenever possible. Concrete and brick are not foot friendly.
