Chasing the bus

Ok, so it's still gonna be SASE and small donation sent to you after we get your address? And then your passing it on to  The Richard Family Fund? Easy enough for me...thanks for your efforts.

    Dad on the run.

I have set up a donation through fundrazr.com. I am running the campaign for 30 days and have a goal set for 500.00. The money will go into my paypal account and once the 30 days are up I will send the proceeds to the address I was given as well as a letter explaining to the family what the bracelet is for and what it represents as well as a list of names of all the people who donated.

Rollcast - I used a picture of their son on the fundrazr site, please ask the family if this is OK and let them know what it is for. I will be more than happy to change the picture, I just thought that it was the right thing considering what we are trying to do.

This family suffered a tremendous blow.  I don't know if the news reports are true, but they say that the mother is gravely injured, and the daughter lost her leg, in addition to the loss of the boy.   Count me in, it's some tiny thing I can do to help a grieving family.

        Dad on the run.

46 bracelets already accounted for and I've not even posted on the main RA or RW website.

Well done, JBJ! Do we give at the website or send you a SASE or both?

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

So proud to be part of this running community. Glad to contribute even a little bit in this time of tragedy.

They'll tell you that failure is not an option.  That's ridiculous.  Failure is always an option.  It is the easiest and most readily available option.  It's your choice though.
