Okay, so I noticed around Wednesday last week it has been off on GPS and during the race it would go from 9:50 min/mile to 12:50 and so on and so forth. This morning looking at the laps it shows:

    Mile 1 - 11:47

    Mile 2 - 11:41

    Mile 3  - 8:23

    .2        - 10:19

I ran the 3.2 miles in 33:54 (an easy pace), and that 3rd mile cannot be right damn it! Do I need to update my watch or something?

My Garmin 220 threw up some way-off splits a few times when it was new, but after I updated the firmware in it, it's been rock solid ever since.

After going through sites and crap I finally stuck the Garmin Express USB into the computer with my 220 still plugged in and finally have it updated, I am hoping that will fix the problem. I mean all I really need to know is how long it too to run, but it's nice to know the splits and all sometimes. Next run isn't until Tuesday so hopefully that fixed it.
