      Muddling through

        157.7 miles, disappointing. Ankle pain causing me to limp even when walking and have been unable to run the last two day after being forced to cut short my last long run of the month.

        2014 Goals: Run first trail ultra, first 100K, and see what I can do in a 24-Hour race
