trying to get my old frankenbike mountain bike running again. But the rear wheel seems to be out of true. should I try truing it or just save up for a new wheel. any good guide to truing a wheel?

Cost about $5 - 10 bucks to have a shop do it. Takes less than 10 mins.
Do an online search, lot's of info for the do-it-yourselfer. But I'd recommend taking it to the shop if you are not mechanically inclined.
