| lunch mostly. or I do the bike or elliptical inside at home late at night. should do early am stuff but i;m tired |

I'm terrible about getting up early to run. I set my alarm early today and I got to bed extra early last night, but, NOPE, my body didn't want to get out of bed. So, this means I'll be running tonight after soccer stuff (try outs), so I'll be on the treadmill at 9:00 or so. |

HA! Hmmm. You might be on to something there. I don't like marathons, have I mentioned that?
I want to start speedwork soon. A friend of mine wants to help me on the track, but I don't think I can start this week without risk of hurting my tired legs, because of the stupid marathon. |
