spent yesterday bailing out my crawlspace and helping my sis with her generator.
Angry
the run started predawn thanks to the stupid daylight savings. I did something like 11 or 12 miles on chilly soaked trails with a couple friends felt really great the last two miles despite not eating at all on the run. Surprised the wind sucked but it lessened up after a couple miles.

The rain was crazy! I was to Langhorne and back last night and between the rain and wind I was not a happy driver. Sorry to hear that you spent so much time dealing with water issues!

Daylight savings has a way of messing up a.m. running plans. I'm happy though, I'll get to run after work from now on. Big grin

The whole eating on the run thing is something that I need to work on. I don't eat, or do GU's or whatever and today I think it would have helped me greatly.
