      W2D2 yesterday, day 3 tomorrow.
      2009 Goals finish C25K - April 2009 first 5K: Miles for Smiles 5K May 2, 2009 compete in at least 4 5K's for the year.
        Welcome to the group. I just did w4d1 today in fresh fallen snow...I'm ready for spring but know it will be a long time coming

          W1D1 completed on Sunday. Doing W1D2 today after work. Looking forward to it since it's WARMER outside today. Sunday it was 20 degrees and snowing. My dog thought I was crazy for having him outside.

              I finished Week 2 of One Hour Runner yesterday. It hasn't been too bad so far, but I'm starting to get nervous about this whole 'running for longer than 30 minutes' thing!
              "It's very hard in the beginning to understand that the whole idea is not to beat the other runners. Eventually you learn that the competition is against the little voice inside you that wants you to quit."

                Finished week 2 on Wednesday. I hope to be able to start w3d1 today depending on when I can get out of work. if not, then tomorrow morning.

                  Completed W1D3 today. It was actually the first time I completed all the runs. Earlier this week my ipod ran out of juice on me. The second day some people arrived at the park and were playing soccer which was distracting my dog so much that I couldn't focus on my run so I quit halfway through. I'll be doing week 1 again next week.
