      Just finished C25K W6 on Tuesday and started W7 today!! I kind of fell off track but I'm doing alright. My first 5K is November 2nd.
        I finished my start-to-run (5K) program, and tomorrow I start with the 10K program (10 weeks, just like OHR)

              Just done W6D3 25 min non-stop session. Seemed OK (ish!). Roll eyes

              Get weekly mileage up to 20
                OHR W8 complete!

                On the road again...

                  Keep it up, everyone! My son has one more run and then he's finished with C25K. My wife starts her 3rd week tomorrow.
