It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to get done.

      You got it. Smile

Good luck with your HM training!  Don't forget there's a HM training group here on RA - they should be able to give you further advice.

Okay Wingz!  You can graduate me!!!

          Baby bean!

Thank you!!!  And thanks for moving me! :-D

            Goals:
            Finish C25K

I'm slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter, but I run.

All finished with C25K, so please take me off.  I did the whole thing, and it helped a lot.  I did the timed version, though, so don't really go the distance.  I may do the 1Hr. plan next.  I'm just holding even for right now.  Thank You.  Woods Lady
Got it!  Congratulations on finishing the program, Woods Lady!  You've shown an amazing amount of dedication and perseverance getting through it.  You're quite a woman!  Smile

                    Enjoy your OHR journey.

I failed to follow the OHR program properly, but I did a 59:12 run this morning so I feel like I've qualified!  Not sure if I really "graduated" or not, but please take my name off.

Ok, setantae.  I've got you off the graphs.

Good luck with your future running plans!

wingz, i'm still on the bench.... first run of couch to 5k and my hip was agony, back to physio and she's benched me for another 6 months as she now thinks it's related to my back problemos. gutted. going to try walking instead but even that is sore these days. i;m having a pity party for sure!

You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.

I'm sorry to hear that, freckles.  Sad

Got your name off the graph, and at the same time took down names of anyone who'd not updated in the last 3 months.  That leaves the C25K graph empty and the OHR graph with one name on it!

With how quiet the board's been lately, I'm wondering if maybe this group has about reached its natural end...
