    This morning I finished the c25k! 

     

    Totals:

    Miles:  98.3

    Time:  32:08.21

    Start-finish:  Feb. 23, 2009 - Aug. 6, 2009 or 5 months, 14 days, or 154 days.

     

    Now on to the one hour runner program for my treadmill runs!

    2011 Goals:

    • lose more weight
    • run 1000k
    • be more confident in my running abilities

        Hey, BRAVO, onomato!    Wow!   Good for you.  We will now follow your progress on the One Hour Forum.  I am going to read up on that this week, and get situated to possibly start that in a couple of weeks.
