I just spent some time on the General Running forum (things have been slow here at work), and it was scarey. I'm glad to be back with happier, friendlier posts (I'm going to assume the people over there are nice enough, just the posts got tense). Congrats, Yapper! I'm going to have to go run on a track or a marked path sometime soon and see what kind of pace I'm doing on my long runs. I have one tomorrow, but will probably just stick to the trails for that.

Not at all. Take the charts!

OK. Goddess, I'm assuming from here on out you've got the charts until you let someone know you're not able to keep them up. Let me know if you need any technical help! Thanks for taking this over!
On the road again...
I write. I read. I run. One time, I ran a lot on my 50th birthday.

Yep. As a reminder, I can't bump you up a block until you've completed a week. I know, I'd love to have an extra block myself (), but it'll come. .

Goddess - Just to clarify, we are still posting what week we are ON, right? So, if I'm doing my Week 8 Day 2 run today, my block would still be at Week 8 because I am on week 8???? This seems to be how others are interpreting it, also, and how I have been doing it since week one!
W8D1 wasn't a ball of fun, but I HTFU and got through it. I feel like these long runs are so mental, and they never feel quite right, but I always get through it. Hopefully some of these other runs will feel better eventually.
There seems to be quite a bit of confusion here! The instructions in the GoogleDoc (you may check for yourself if you wish) says to bump up the runner a block if the runner has completed a week...so I'm being obedient and following as such. I know where you're coming from - I thought it was that way too...but I'm just putting it out there that the blocks stand for weeks completed, not the week you're on. Sorry folks!
Goddess, do you realize just how far you've come?! It's been really fun to watch your progress through this. I hope you're proud of yourself - I'm proud of you! (Thanks for catching me up on the chart so quickly! )
It doesn't bother me either way - I'm just a bit OCD when it comes to charts and such, so as long as I'm on the same page with everyone, it's all good. !
