Hi! I've completed C25K a couple of times and have started up again this week. Anybody else doing C25K this spring? I'm starting at W1 and would like to share experiences. One aspect that will be different for me this time is that I'm also in a kickboxing class. I think that will help with my weak core issues and weight loss goals. What are you up to?

Ah, core issues. Yes. I do a little yoga and I'm going to start some pilates, too. I hear it helps.
I've experimented with Wii yoga and so far I like it but my youngest, a 7 year old boy, is the king of the plank in my house. For myself I'm hoping to build up to 100 sit ups and 100 push ups by the end of C25K.
