Hey Wingz...silly question (Read 372 times)


Baby bean!

    I am on week 3 of OHR but there are only 6 weeks on the graph.  How often should I move myself?

    Goals:
    Finish C25K

    Start back up after the bean is born!
    My slo-o-o-o-w running is still faster than sitting on the couch! Because I may not go far. I may not go fast. But I go.

      The googledocs program adjusts the width of the graph based on the highest number currently being displayed.  Meaning, usafkisser's at week 6, so the graph stops at week 6.  If you go on to week 7, the graph will automatically adjust out to 7 weeks.  And so on.  It's googledocs, not me.  I'm not clever enough to figure out how to do that.  Tongue
