Ran for 30 minutes! (Read 201 times)

Woo hoo! Last week of C25K! I did 30 minutes today...I had been struggled the last two weeks around the 25 minute mark. I took a week break and did 30 minutes today no problem. Whew. Felt awesome. Big grin

Excellent! There's a lot to be said for taking a break and letting the body repair and grow stronger! There have been two times I think where I had two days between workouts instead of one, and they've been my best workouts.
