                            Welcome Lovely, good luck on C25K.  I finished it in December.  This board is pretty quiet this time of year, so don't worry if it takes a few days to get a reply.  I'll try to remember to check up on you.  Good luck!

                              Hi, I've just started the C25k again, this is my second time.

                               

                              The first time I did it a few years ago I finished it but then the jump to ohr failed and then I gave up.

                               

                              Hopefully this time it will stick!

                                Restarting C25K after a successful 2 year couch sitting marathon. Starting all over again.

                                Am on week 5 but I am going to REPEAT week 5 as I was very tired from long hours of working 3 weeks on- 2 days off, rinse and repeat.

                                Really struggled carrying the extra blubber I gained back

                                started running @ age 48 [lost 70#+, quit a 30 year pack/day habit>> ran HM]  Ran a few years then quit. Gained 70#+ back and smoking like before. Time to get healthy again @ 52 years over with the C25K program and beyond again. RE-start date 1-13-14
