Just Mooved to Mooresville from Oregon and looking for someone to do track workouts with, its nice to have someone, track workouts are not fun.

I hope it be in 2:30 shape for Boston

out of shape now but hope to be in shape with in the next few weeks!

anyother sub 3:00 runners in town?

Hey Strick, welcome to NC! I moved here from OR a few years back myself. Can you make it down to Davidson for workouts/runs? There are some quick folks down here. Google "Davidson Area Running Team" for the DART blog and Facebook group page.

Nice!! Thanks for the heads up, Looks like you have been
putting in the miles consistently, good work.

I will defiantly do some runs
with dart, sounds perfect. Also if you ever want to go for a run just let me
know not worried about pace just need miles.
