The totals and whatnot:
Looks like Chaka's back on the horse, Aaron's in taper mode for Toronto, and most of the rest of us are just motoring on.

I wanted to report my 1st Army 10 Miler! Gun time 1:46:12, Net time 1:32:16, GPS time 1:30:48. 56:58 10K spilt (net time). I have put the info from my watch below. Overall it was a good race, though the times don't really show it, I wish I would went out just a little bit slower. Other than that, i did not start working hard until mile 6 or so. It was a great experience!
Not that I am fast but--
Okay, here we go. Focus. Speed. I am speed. One winner, forty-two losers. I eat losers for breakfast. Breakfast? Maybe I should have had breakfast? Brekkie could be good for me. No, no, no, focus. Speed. Faster than fast, quicker than quick. I am Lightning.” — Lightning McQueen
Nice race, Atom! What do you think caused the discrepancy between chip and GPS times?
And holy cow -- with the exception of the first mile, your average HR was higher than my MAX!
My watch showed 10.13 miles, so I took off the .13 since I train by my watch. I think the distance was right I just ran the extra .13 going in and out of people.
Congrats on the Army 10-miler Adam!
And I'll ditto what Clive said about your heart rate... especially in that last mile.

Congrats on the 10 Miler Adam. And I don't know much about my heart rate, but I imagine I would have been lying down by the 10th mile at that rate.
