    26mi "tempo" this morning went great Smile

    It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

            Thanks. Yes, you can actually see a taper in my log. That's surprising, considering I'm generally too dumb/stubborn/silly to do that. I am very happy with it. Wardian ran for the fastest marathon in a superhero costume, and apparently made it; not sure where that gets recorded.

              When I ran the Toledo marathon back in 08, the winner ran it wearing a Rocky costume.  It was hot too so the sweat just pulled the whole look together.

               

              I have no idea where that record gets recorded.  Probably somewhere on the Internet.
