Bright and sunny when I started, dark and started raining, and completely overcast and thundering when I finished. Fast moving cold front came in. Had an enjoyable 75min run with neighbor, and we made it back just before the downpour.
PS: Congrats on the weight loss (assuming it is desirable for you).
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
21.1 miles, 8:09 avg pace, lots of hilly stuff.
That is Nuckin Futz pace for hilly... even for flat for 21 miles.
I'd say I would pick you up.... but Peter may take that wrong.
First time stand up paddleboading today. 90 minutes. Had a harbor seal surface 2 feet from my board, which was the highlight of the day, other than not falling in. Note to self. Fast is better than slow while standing on surfboard.
Probably better while running too.
