    Hi, I'm not Bugs, but I'll take a shot at this one. I tend to use the McMillan Running Calculator .
    I like the calculator too. I'm glad you pointed it out. You have to decide is this an easy jog or easy run though, a big range difference. I don't know how many times I've read, "just alternate hard and easy days." I don't think that works for most marathoners, so just beware that more easy is better than more hard. Infact I saw one of the high mileage boys log their runs as just "EASY", "MEDIUM", or "HARD". That might be a pretty good system.

      I wish I could run a marathon on just two GUs. My blood sugar drops low and I loose concentration.
