We had some nice light shower runs here this past week.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
skipped last night. My back tightened up and figured I needed to ease back in it. I can run 64 miles without any real problems. But a day of being on the floor playing with kids tweaks my back.
