Nice job mini-Kevin! Having fun at it is the best result of all.

Good! 3:23:27, which was a 15 minute PR. I was shooting for 3:18 but I could not hold on after mile 20. Faded about 30 seconds a mile the final 10K, plus I didn't do a good job of running the tangents (got 26.5 miles). A combination of the two cost me five minutes. I'm very happy though.

Blue Back Mitten 5K this Sunday!
And I am looking forward to the Colchester HM in February (my first race of 2015). That race destroyed me last year. I will not make the mistake of running mostly flat treadmill miles all winter again. That did not prepare me well for Colchester.
Nice baboon. Good luck Sunday.
im done for 2014, but first race of 15 will be usatf ct indoor meet jan3 at Wesleyan bacon field house. Think I'm just going to do the mile. Track...can't wait.
Come all you no-hopers, you jokers and roguesWe're on the road to nowhere, let's find out where it goes
Was thinking of creating a new thread for 2015 on this subject. Whadaya think ? And maybe throw a table at the top for summary purposes showing what we are planning what we did. Interested ? Or should we just keep this one going ?
New thread!
Yes, new thread, new thread!
