Run Like a Mother
Has anyone here run this 5k in East Hartford? Wondering if there are hills. I don't do well with hills...lol Thinking of doing it this year but I haven't run a 5k in a long time. I'm doing C25K (again) and I am on week 6 so I will be done by then.

I found this link to a mapmyfitness plot of the course - looks pretty flat to me.... One decent climb before Mile 2, and then a long slow descent.

Hi! Thanks for that link which is very helpful. Looks perfect. I haven't decided to register yet, but I find that if I don't have something in my sights that I am training for I tend to run less.
