...I just signed up for the Rim Rock Run. I'm kinda excited, since this should be easier than Mt. Evans. Any suggestions?

Run lots. Some up. Some down. But definitely lots.

I've already started looking around town for a big grade with a good distance that I could run on. Loooks like the long runs will be going up the frontage road for I-70 up Mt. Vernon Canyon. And a camera will be on the course! I made the mistake of not thinking about it until I saw a guy shooting pics while running Mt. Evans.

there's folks running Red Rocks early in the am's..... I'm kinda partial to Bluffs Regional Park - course it's in my Littleton/Lonetree backyard Wink
