It's Christmas. It's Ale. It's Good. (Read 127 times)

Warm wood stove keeping the house toasty; Long, chaotic week at work with too many days starting at 6A ending at 9P; Good company and conversations to end the week; Cold, tasty Christmas Ale; Things could be worse.

Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.

I've seen Gritty's in my beer store recently (I'm in PA), but I haven't tried any yet. I may have to pick up a case, now that I've read that it is officially "tasty." Smile I have Weyerbacher Winter Ale, Harpoon Winter Warmer, and a mixed case of seasonal holiday and winter brews in the fridge right now. These beers are the one thing I like about winter.

It is best at Gritty's -- come on up, we'll go for a run and the share a mug or two.

Sounds inviting. I haven't had opportunity to run in Maine yet - Vermont's as far north as I've gone. The problem is that if the beer's tasty, I may overstay my welcome LOL
