    Bell's HopSlam is here. My local store got it in, today. This could be detrimental to my HM training.

        Careful... It's a bit spendy, and more than a bit strong!!!

          Then I can just drink less...so maybe the cost won't be different. Big grin

            Just finished my first Hopslam. You definitely notice the 10%. Interesting citrus smell. A bit overpriced locally. Trying to decide if I should have another tonight or save them for later.

              FYI, if you let a Hopslam sit in your fridge for a year it becomes an IPA. Found this bottle in the back of my fridge tonight. Guess I should check my fridge more often to avoid wasting good hops.

                Ha, we had some leftover box wine (back when ALL box wine was nasty) years ago that sat and sat...turned into whiskey! Tongue

                  Ha, never heard of anything distilling itself...but I have distilled a few boxes of wine.  It still tastes awful, but it gets you there faster.
