    and then on to my local brewpub to drink back all the calories I just burned off!

        It's 88° and humid today. A beer in the shower after my run tonight sounds like a good idea.

          The only thing better than an ice cold beer in the shower is an ice cold bottle of champagne in the shower...but you have to drink the whole thing, so it happens way less than the alternative.

            My rule is to never drink alone....in the shower.  So, I think I'll need a guest to join me.  A 1997 Samichlaus should be perfect for my first time!  I hope my guest likes it too.

                As opposed to a beer shower, which is just a terrible waste of beer.

                When you're on your deathbed, you won't be wishing that you'd spent more time at the office.  But you will be wishing that you'd spent more time running.  Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
