Tri Rule #1 of Triathlon Training/Racing - If Momma ain't happy nobody is happy
I've even (gasp) been known to pour my red wine over ice if the restaurant has it too warm. Some of my snooty friends think that's so taboo, but I'm the one drinking it and wine is meant to enjoy, the way you like it. Not how they feel you should like it.
And remember red wine is suppose to be served at "room temperature" But that was back in the days before modern heating. Room temperature should actually be about 60 - 65 degrees. I keep my red wine in my basement so it's cooler when I drink it and sometimes will even throw it in the freezer to cool it down just a bit.

I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.

How old is a "mature" wine?
Depends on the grape, the location it comes from, the year it was made, the methods used to make the grapes into wine and how the bottle of wine was stored...there is no single answer. This too - http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/07/dining/07pour.html?th&emc=th

HEY! I like Miller Lite! Although now I have a case of Blue Moon that I'm enjoying very much! MTA: In fact, I've enjoyed 4 so far tonight - It's been a LONG LONG LONG hard week.
And yes... it has been a hard long week... I just hope I can get up for my run tomorrow.
